Conveniently located in Gilford on Lake Winnipesaukee.

From I-93 to Exit 20 Tilton, drive east (6 miles). Turn Right on Rt. 3 & 11 to the end (4 miles). Left at the light, follow Rt. 11 east toward Alton. After second light take first left onto Varney Pt. Road. Drive 1/8 mile to Boat Yard entrance.

The Powerboat and Sailboat Sales Office and Showroom are right next door, on Rt. 11E – while the Yard and all other facilities are right on the water. Located in beautiful Smith Cove, on Varney Point Road.
