Office Manager/HR position – Must be organized and pleasant, with the ability to problem solve. Bookkeeping skills, computer skills and knowledge of financial statements. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience. Will Train the right person.  This is a full-time year-round position with benefits.

Sailing department yard hand– Must be mechanically inclined, familiar with sailboats helpful (not critical), must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs. and perform basic engine maintenance. This is a fulltime, year-round position with benefits. Willing to train the right person.

Office clerk- A/R & A/P knowledge along with pleasant phone skills and filing. Monday through Friday 3-4 hours per day.  Part time year-round.

Yard worker/Boat Detailer/Cleaner- must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs, have a valid driver’s license and able to climb in and out of boats. Must be dependable, able to work independently and able to use yard equipment. Seasonal Position

Sales Reception/Support Person- Must be neat in appearance, be organized, and have the ability to greet people both on the phone and in person pleasantly and communicate effectively to the Sales staff. Comfortable using a computer and basic typing skills are important. Must have the ability to uncover & cover boats, get in and out of boats, and show boats in support of sales staff. This is a full-time year-round position with benefits and a retirement package.
