Fay’s Boat Yard offers a wide variety of storage and amenities. We have been serving Lake Winnipesaukee since 1944 and we are a Factory Authorized repair facility for Volvo Penta, Mercruiser, all OMC products, including motors, transmissions and outdrives.

RATE SHEET 2024 SEASON

Fay’s Boat Yard RATES ARE IN EFFECT UNTIL SEPTEMBER 1, 2024, and may be changed without notice.

Hourly Rate $150.00

Minimum labor charge is $75.00

Summer Storage (May 1 – Oct 31)

  • Open Slips – $143.00/Linear foot
  • Covered Slips – $163.00/Linear foot
  • Moorings up to 29′ – $2,200.00 (Please provide your own dinghy)
  • Moorings over 30’ – $2,400.00
  • Valet/Rack Storage – $113.00/Linear foot; minimum $2,200.00
  • Trailer and Ramp (w/ Outside Storage)In/Out – $1,000.00
  • Boat or Trailer Brokerage/Consignment Storage – Same as Winter Storage
  • Trailer and Cradle Storage – $150.00 per season

Winter Storage (Nov 1 – April 30)

  • Outside – $3.75/sq ft
  • Inside – $5.00/sq ft

Boat Launching/Ramp

Boat Launch/ramp Fees: CASH Preferred

Day Launch – Round trip (in/out) boat with trailer. Trailer storage at The Ship Store (3 Varney Point Road), disengage then park vehicle back at Main Location.

  • Jet skis $20
  • Boats under 25’: $30
  • Overnight Trailer storage $10 per calendar night

Larger Boats

  • Boats 26’-29′: $40 – overnight trailer storage $20 per calendar night
  • Boats 30’ and over: $50 -overnight trailer storage $30 per calendar night

Launch Notes

  • Please prepare your boat (coolers, fishing gear, etc.) well away from the boat ramp.
  • When ready to launch Be sure the HULL PLUG is in and launch the boat.
  • After Launch, Proceed to “The Ship” at the end of Varney Point road. Disconnect trailer and then park vehicle back at Main Location
  • Once you have retrieved your vessel quickly move off the ramp. Draining of holds, live wells or bilges must be done away from the ramp.
  • STATE LAW:  No aquatic weeds can remain on boat or trailer after haul out – drain plug MUST be removed before traveling on highway or town roads.
  • Remember to be courteous… the less time you spend on the ramp and dock, the more other boaters will appreciate you.
