    The Catalina 27 didn’t become one of the most popular boats ever built without good reason. It offers good sailing and comfortable accommodations, This 1983 Catalina 27 is in very good condition, and offers an entry into sailing for a very reasonable price. The boat has been well maintained, and reconditioned over the last 5 years.  A new barrier coat and bottom paint, and a new marine painted cove and boot stripe were done at the time too. 

Recent upgrades included 2 new Lewmar # 16 ST winches, A new # 30 halyard winch on starboard deck.A new Mainsail and 135 % Genoa by Rolly Tasker. New Jib and Mainsheet. 

This has been a freshwater boat through its history.
