Butler, the Catalina 30 was produced from 1974 to 2008. Also, the Catalina 30 was the largest and longest continuous production keel boat in the world, with over 6,500 hulls produced. The Catalina 30 was designed to take the family out for a weekend of cruising and has a reputation for offshore toughness.

The boat feels big, both on deck and down below. The companionway opening is exceptionally wide and contributes to the feeling of plenty of elbowroom. For example, when open the companionway makes the cabin appear even bigger than it is. Additionally, once below deck, the Catalina 30 provides ample creature comforts such as the open and spacious settee with a plethora of organized storage options. Also, this 1987 Catalina 30 sailboat offers an orderly galley built with commodities such as a double sink along with a 2 burner alcohol stove.
