We’ve been keeping our boat at Fay’s for 20 years. They do a great job, year in and year out. They’re always ready to make repairs, offer suggestions, or just welcome you with a friendly hello as they put your boat in or take it out. Thanks for getting our boat cleaner this spring than it’s ever been.

When we started storing our boat in valet at Fay’s, Merrill told me that Steve would take good care of us. He sure has! And then some. Steve, Kyle, and Carla are simply phenomenal. Their knowledge on top of their customer service they provide is top notch. They go above and beyond all the time. It does not go unrecognized. We truly appreciate it.

This is our first official ‘season’ at Fays. We have launched there for many years but have not had an opportunity to buy a boat and be allowed to join the slip community at Fays. We cannot say enough about every single person we have dealt with – From Sean in the sales office, to Will and Ralph in service. You have all been most kind and patient as we navigate moving from 18 feet to 36 feet! I joke that we have twice as much to learn about our new to us boat.
