Rental Requirements

• 50% deposit required at time of reservation
• Renter is responsible for any damage and/or excessive cleaning fees to the boat.
• Operator must obey NH State Marine laws
• Boats rented overnight must be kept in a safe area
• Customer pays for gas used
• $125 late fee will be applied for every 1⁄2 hour past return time.
• Renter/operator must be at least 25 years old
• Only approved drivers can operate the boat
• No waterskiing, wakeboarding or tubing, etc. permitted
• No operating boat from dusk to dawn

Fay’s Cancellation Policy

• If canceled with 72 hours or more notice you will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellation or no shows less than 72 hours prior to time of reservations will be charged rental fee in full.
• If you have a multiple day reservation, you can cancel or modify your reservation 72 hours or more prior to first day of rental.
• We reserve the right to cancel any rental due to unsafe weather. Only cancellations made by our staff due to unsafe weather conditions will receive a full refund.

Pet Policy

• No pets are allowed on boats, unless being transported to an island rental.
