I recently purchased a Laser Pico sailboat. Shortly after purchase, I had a malfunction in which some parts were damaged. Bonnie was terrific in terms of navigating the warranty process with Laser. They (The shipyard) essentially mailed me the parts very quickly from their own inventory, so I could enjoy the boat for the remainder of the summer. I was so pleased with my customer service post sale and am thoroughly enjoying my new Pico sailboat.
