We’ve been keeping our boat at Fay’s for 20 years. They do a great job, year in and year out. Carla Easter has recently joined the team, headed by Steve, and supported by Kyle. They’re always ready to make repairs, offer suggestions, or just welcome you with a friendly hello as they put your boat in or take it out. Thanks Carla for getting our boat cleaner this spring than it’s ever been.

Fays is a family boat yard. All the employees are great to deal with. The owners are great also!

Melissa is the best! We bought 3 Hobies, 2 Pro Angler 360 and a demo Hobie Compass. Melissa was the best sales person I’ve met! Friendly, attention to details, and listened to the customers needs! I am now the proud owner of a Precision 185 purchased at Fay’s Boat Yard. Melissa went the extra mile to facilitate my purchase, even coming in early on her day off to suit my schedule. I just wanted to let you know what an asset Rick Dean is to your staff! While I’ve been around boats all my life and my Dad owned a 1959 Century Resorter that I grew up with, this will be my first time owning my very own boat! I want to be sure I’ve done everything I should to be sure my Whaler is running properly and that 2019, my very first boating season, goes off without a hitch! Owning your own boat is a whole other story vs. being around boats and I want to get it right!
Rick has answered all of my questions with such patience! I trust him 100% and that is a great feeling, especially when you are starting a new adventure like I am! Rick goes above and beyond with service. Thanks so much to Rick!

I recently purchased a Laser Pico sailboat. Shortly after purchase, I had a malfunction in which some parts were damaged. Bonnie was terrific in terms of navigating the warranty process with Laser. They (The shipyard) essentially mailed me the parts very quickly from their own inventory, so I could enjoy the boat for the remainder of the summer. I was so pleased with my customer service post sale and am thoroughly enjoying my new Pico sailboat.

5 Generations of our family dealing with the folks at Fay’s Boat Yard! They make you feel like family every time we go there! We live on the Island and our boat is a necessity! The truly serve us above and beyond!

Fay’s is a great place. It is a true boat yard and not a “marina”. They have a great staff who are always friendly and helpful. We find it to be a great location on the lake that can’t be beat. Easy access from the highway too. We have been in their rack storage facility for many years and really love it. Steve and Bernie are great!!
